SALON NOTES / 04
Review a Blonde Wig Before Adding It to the Salon
Blonde products deserve their own review of colour, condition and permitted services. A familiar shade name is not a substitute for checking the actual sample.
Start with the actual need
Compare the root area, middle and ends in daylight and neutral indoor light. Review the shade next to the approved reference rather than a phone screen alone. Check whether a colour description refers to a solid tone or a graduated effect.
Check the reference
Ask for the product-specific care and treatment restrictions. Do not promise recolouring, bleaching or heat services simply because the wig is described as human hair. Processing history and the approved construction can affect what the supplier permits.

Make the next step clear
Prepare a concise consultation card with the shade reference and the allowed maintenance approach. Keep the physical colour reference for reorder checks. If a new run differs from the accepted range, document the difference before placing it into retail stock.
