Make the Wig Care Handover Easy to Follow
A useful care handover gives the customer clear directions for the exact product purchased. Material, construction and permitted styling all belong in that conversation.
Start with the actual need
Start by identifying whether the product is human hair or synthetic. Use the supplier’s care directions for that specific style. Explain gentle handling, storage and any stated styling limits without making an absolute claim about shedding or tangling.
Check the reference
Show the customer where the lace and adjustment components need care. Keep the written card short enough to use. A list of impressive technical terms is less helpful than a clear explanation of the routine the product requires.
Make the next step clear
Add the style code and your support contact to the handover materials. Store the approved care-card version with the sample record. When the supplier changes a material or finish, review whether the retail instructions also need updating.
